1. Return Policy All claims for defects, merchandise must be packed in Kingdom Bounty’s original boxes, without any writing or marks on the boxes. All eligible returns must be made through the same warehouse where the merchandise was purchased from.


2. Returns and Exchanges are allowed within Thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within Sixty (60) days. RMA number is required for all returns and exchanges.NO EXCEPTION.


3. Pictures are required to claim merchandise defect. Please email pictures to our Customer Service at: Contact@KingdomBounty.com or Call 1(877)-545-4643.


4. All returned shipment must be freight prepaid with RMA number and the original invoice. We will NOT accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.


5. Any merchandise returned to Kingdom Bounty due to error or damage incurred not on the part of Kingdom Bounty is subject to25%restocking fee without exception.

6. Any claim for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through freight carrier. Before signing freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Please make sure carrier signs freight bill for any damages.)


7. We do will handle claims from consumers directly. All requests must go through the Kingdom Bounty.


8. No cash refund. Exchange or credit only.


9. All sofa sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.


10. All merchandise is intended for residential use only, and not designed for industrial, commercial, institutional or/and rental use. Damages caused by such uses and normal wear & tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

PREMIUM WHITE-GLOVE

Kingdom Bounty service provides a flawless delivery experience from the time of order entry, to dispatch, and on to the consumer’s home.

This service level provides:

• Pre-inspection / Deluxing at final mile hub
• Re-packaged back into original packaging for brand identity
• Blanket wrap services for products needing setup or assembly prior to home delivery
• Appointment scheduling required
• Unpacking at consumer's home
• Placement of furniture in room of choice
• Two flights of stairs
• Up to 20 minutes of onsite light assembly
• Removal of debris
• Signature required

WHITE-GLOVE STANDARD

Choose Kingdom Bounty’s Standard White-Glove for product inspections only at the time of delivery; therefore, resulting in quicker transits to your customer.

This service level provides:

• Appointment scheduling required
• Unpacking at consumers home
• Placement of furniture in room of choice
• Two flights of stairs
• Up to 20 minutes of onsite light assembly
• Removal of debris
• Signature required

THRESHOLD

Threshold services are ideal for products that don't require unpacking, assembly or pre-inspection.

This service level provides:

• Delivery to first dry area inside home (or outside dry area such as garage)
• Appointment scheduling required
• No unpacking
• Two flights of stairs
• Signature required

DOOR STEP

Door Stop deliveries are the perfect choice when the consumer doesn't need to be home at the time of delivery.

This service level provides:

• Delivery to outside of door only
• No appointment scheduling needed
• Maximum shipment weight 150 lbs (total shipment)
• No signature required
• Picture of delivery serves as POD(Proof of Delivery)
